MISSION: HUMANIZE FINANCIAL DILEMMAS USING SOCIAL MEDIA
Charles Schwab’s social media campaign was all about asking questions, getting information, and taking charge — evolving the company’s message from “Talk to Chuck” and "Ask Questions" to “Own Your Tomorrow.” Working with Society’s in-house design staff, I concepted quick-hit graphics that presented real-life financial questions.
